"The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. "Property is dated needs some Tlc…"

"The staff at this TownePlace Suites is exceptional, however, the property falls far short that what I expected (and I didn't expect a lot)! The hotel is renovating their rooms, and this is necessary because the entire hotel feels like it needs an upgrade - it is dated, and isn't the most comfortable. For example, we stayed in a suite with a King bed and a pull-out couch - but the mattress on the pull-out was the wrong size so it was very ill fitting and one could feel the springs through...

"Booked a queen room and got a full size bed. Ice machine was not working. Room had no wifi in it. Told the staff we were in a wifi dead zone and asked if we could switch rooms. We were told no and to connect our equipment downstairs. Ridiculous and rude. We lost 5 days of not being able to do our work! We were going to stay another week but left and checked into another motel with the promised emenities!"
