Great beach location

Great location for the beach. A little out of town but easy to catch tuktuk. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast looking out to beach was good but better to go to town for dinner . The room was clean and spacious.

Very good villa with hotel services! Friendly and helpful staff 24*7. Perfect owner. Silent and clean place. Walk distance to Unawatuna beach. Value for money.

Неплохо в принципе

.Номер темноват, розеток - одна возле кровати и в ванной. . Интернет плохого качества, постоянно вылетал. Попал думаю короче.. ни бассейна нет, ни магазинов рядом ни ресторанов. Хорошое место для влюбленных. Всех восхищаю окна в пол- но их нужно тонировать однозначно, а черного цвета занавески радости не внушают в совокупность с черными стенами. С уборкой- беда, надо напоминать- что бы хотя бы через день убирали... не скажите и за неделю никто не придет. Но завтраки неплохие ( хотя вариата 2- яичница и омлет, и ужасный кофе. .невозможный)- кондей работает(хотя и старенький) уже на пределе , горячая вода есть и комаров нет. Хотя знаете - потом я оценил данное место, тихо, спокойно, готовят отлично на заказ. Ладно..первое что увидел когда , поробовал войти.. волна больше сменя ростом - выкинуло на берег...коленки поцарапаны о песок и попыталась затянуть обратно. Вообщеи купаться возле отеля невозможно- волна высокая и рифы торчат, до нормального пляжа идти минут 10- налево.. Но пляж отличный, есть лагуна закрытая рифами и там нет волны вообще, самая большая глубина 150см - детям - рай..да и взрослым супер как в бассейне с морской водой. Даже с маской поплавать зорошо- рыб больше чем на Джанг бич. Музыки не орет, 3- 4 ресторанчика и лежаки напрокат по 500р. Сам поселок в 3 км..тук тук стоил 200.

Das Hotel wird seit 1 Jahr unter neuem Management geführt. Der Manager und das Personal sind absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie gehen sehr gerne auf Wünsche der Kunden ein. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, Handtücher entsprechend gewechselt. Auch für die Strandliegen gibt es täglich neue Handtücher. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Fantastisch ist die Glasfront zum Strand und bietet vom Bett aus einen Traumblick auf Strand und Meer. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel wird nach und nach renoviert und wird für die Zukunft sicherlich noch attraktiver.
