"It is in such a beautiful spot. At the top of the old towns hill. Beautiful views!! Staff were helpful and even brought us to and from our car with our luggage in their vehicle. Their place was in a restricted driving spot where the roads were quite narrow for a car…unless you are used to driving on those kinds of roads. Walking distance to the city ctr and the beach. "

The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. Lift not operational and no toilets available in the restaurant or by the pool which was very inconvenient as we had to go up two flights (42) steps to use the toilet in our room! At the restaurant they are not friendly at all, my daughter didn’t like her pasta and complained and the got mad saying that the chef knows what he’s doing and they didn’t offered nothing else! The next day none of the waiters want to get near as neither to take our order I have to call the manager from the restaurant in order to place our order, the manager personally take our order. We stayed for a couple days and always give a gratuity to the waiters. Maybe they got offended with the gratuity we don’t know if we supposed to give them or not ! "
