"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."

A quick walk to the beach or several little restaurants nearby plus only a quick 10 min drive to the cruise port! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I received a free bottle of wine for my hotels.com benefits, I also had free snacks/drinks in my room as well as free breakfast the next morning! The breakfast is really good! Lots of options and the pistachio croissant is a must!! Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone especially if you’re going to Ravenna to board a cruise."
