"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."

"We booked Riverline Lodge as a convenient place to wash up and regroup after finishing a 5-night trek in Torres del Paine, and get an early start across the Argentine border the following morning. "I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new...

"Great place for us to stay on our way to and from the W trek. Host let us leave our luggage and he was so accommodating and friendly. Loved our short time with him and would definitely recommend as a launching pad on your way to Tierra del Paine. "
