"We booked Riverline Lodge as a convenient place to wash up and regroup after finishing a 5-night trek in Torres del Paine, and get an early start across the Argentine border the following morning. Not expecting anything special, we were blown away by the kind hospitality, the cozy room with woodstove and sheepskin rug, the sunny common sitting area with lots of great natural history reading material, and the delicious homemade salmon dinner. I wish we had a reason to stay longer, 100%...

"If you decide to stay here please don’t plan on doing laundry. It is not self service, it costs more than anywhere else in Chile, and they destroyed a shirt of mine so bad that I can’t wear it anymore. When I asked for a refund I was belittled in front of other guests. Honestly my entire stay there was rather unfortunate and for what you would pay you can get a really excellent room somewhere else in Puerto Natales "
