We stayed here on business for x3 nights. Me and my work colleagues booked 3 rooms. Mine was front facing room and they had rear facing rooms. It was soo hot (26c+)with no air conditioning in the hotel. Because of this needed windows open. There was soo much noise from building works out front with kango hammer that and people shouting. My colleagues complained about the train noise from the back of hotel with regular platform announcements that go on throughout the night. All of us got little to no sleep throughout the stay. I have never experienced sleep deprivation from a hotel stay so i need to warn you this is a very noisy hotel to stay. Other than the heat and the noise everything else was ok.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Habe mich behandelt gefühlt als hätte ich etwas verbrochen. Umgebung ist sehr dreckig. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt Müll auf dem Boden.

Convenient hotel directly at the station in Ulm and thus, a good starting point to explore Ulm. Overall very clean, efficient and friendly check-in, predominantly used by business travelers it seems. MiniBar was empty but a basic bar has draft beer. Recommendable hotel

Zimmer zauber und staff freundlich.Aber direckt am Bahnhof wo ein riesgies Baustelle war (Okt 2020) .Sonst kann man laufen zu den Laden in 5 Minuten und zu den Alt Stadt in 10 minuten. Parking muss man in ein Parkhaus kosten 15 Euro 24 Stunde.

Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Das Bett war groß, wie bestellt. Der Kühlschrank war zwar an aber war, Temperatur konnte nicht eingestellt werden. In der Toilette war in der Lüftung kein Motor, also blieben alle Gerüche in der Toilette. Echt nicht angenehm. Also musste Mann die Tür zur Toilette offen lassen.

Für kurzen Trip top, direkt am Gleis, kurze Wege

Das IC-Hotel in Ulm ist einer der älteren Generationen, was man dem Hotel in manchen Punkten auch anmerkt, aber alles war in Ordnung und sauber. Die Raumgröße und die Anzahl der Steckdosen war sehr gut. Das Bad ist top. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und wärmen sich dementsprechend auf, ein Lüften ist aufgrund der Bahnhofsumgebung (Lärm+Rauchergestank) auch nur bedingt möglich. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenster dringt der Lärm noch hörbach durch die Fenster. Die Minibar ist mittlerweile leer und bei mir stand nur trostlos ein Glas Wasser im Raum.

Lage Fluch und Segen, gutes Frühstück

Habe das Hotel besucht, weil es direkt am HBF ist. Das war super, um schnell ein- und auszuchecken. Ich habe in meinem Zimmer ("Seitenflügel" in den HBF rein) jedoch bei geschlossenem Fenster (!) die Ansagen der Bahngleise ("Einfahrt REXX nach...") bis Spätabends und ab Frühmorgens gehört. Das hat jeglichen Schlafkomfort zerstört. Das Frühstück war jedoch hervorragend und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Gute zentrale Lage für Zugreisende

Hervorragende Lage, wenn man mit dem Zug reist. Null Minuten zum Bahnhof. Münster Altstadt etwa 10 Min. zu Fuss. Modernes (oder gesichtsloses) zweckmässiges Hotel mit Sicht auf Bahngeleise oder Bahnhofplatz. Nicht chic, nicht romantisch.
