We found the location on the waterfront quite ideal to access everything we needed and wanted. The staff were outstanding. The restaurant, front desk and Liere the considerate are the very best! Súper amables las personas que han instalado la cama y nos ayudaron cuando pedimos varias almohadas para poner en unos espacios de la cama que podrían ser peligrosos para el niño. El desayuno Excelente y con barra de huevos lo cual no es común. Buenas opciones de parqueo. Se ha vuelto nuestro hotel en san Sebastián"

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional quality throughout. Every item was clearly made with fresh products, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. The service during breakfast was equally outstanding, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was their service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout, and when I contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to ship them to me via DHL/UPS without hesitation. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. From the accommodations to the dining to the exceptional customer service, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"The wine-drinking ceremony on the balcony was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of San Sebastian from a great angle. It also had a very quiet and peaceful environment. We got the chance to spend time alone together by the pool with my partner. The only problem is they don't provide parking. Because of this, you have to take a taxi to the parking area in the city center and back. They help with calling taxis. I definitely recommend it."
