"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. The shared kitchen was absolutely discusting. One small pot and one medium pot, 2 spoons and NO powerpoints that could be...

"Lovely hotel….the staff were v friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was fabulous….bed was so comfortable. Lots of food options and the roof top bar and restaurant was spectacular especially at sunset."
