"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property. On arrival there was no one on location to receive us. There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. Numero de téléphone qui n'est plus attribué, pas de site internet, une page instagram pas alimenté depuis un moment... 5h après je recois un message d'hotel.com me disant que l'hotel a du annulé ma réservation et que cela peut arriver.
