"May be we were the unlucky ones as our flight arrived late but help would have been appreciated. The room pic shown make property look quite big . Actually it is just one room with a kitchenette on one side. The building we were supposed to be in was not marked. Email and whatsapp instructions wer good and detail. "An sich keine schlechte Unterkunft, jedoch habe ich nie eine Antwort vom Support auf meine Frage per WhatsApp oder Expedia bekommen. (Vorallem problematisch beim check-in, da der Eingang zur Wohnung sehr versteckt ist und beim ersten Mal sehr schwer zu finden ist). Die Nachrichten in Expedia wurden auch nur als komischer Link präsentiert und man konnte sie nur über das Mail Postfach lesen, aber nie die Expedia App nutzen. "The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rest is definitely a case of style over substance. The prices are exorbitant given the quality of the rooms. I was personally sold a substandard room with no electricity for 250 euros. As compensation, I was given a drink at the bar, which is laughable. The rooms are run-down, and the biggest downside is the snooty and rude staff. Underground parking this is a joke. Driving down level 2 is a nightmare because narrow descent"
