"It was my first time at the resort, and from start to finish, it was an amazing vacation. My room was upgraded to an oceanfront view on the 12th floor. The furniture was comfortably shabby, but with walking in with sand in your shoes, I'd say it was appropriate. The staff was also very accommodating when I forgot my card key in my room, and housekeeping was very efficient. I spent a little time poolside, but mostly exploring the area, going to the pier, the nearby establishments, and even an amusement park. Most of the clothing shops cater to beachwear, and the restaurants were on the higher end, but the cost of my room was very competitive, because of all the other beachfront hotels. I didn't get to ride a bike, but I did take long strolls and lots of videos of the beautiful sunrise. I'm sad I had to leave, and would absolutely visit again. "

"Pro's: room was clean and smelled good, parking lot felt safe, good price compared to nearby competitors, dog friendly, on the beach. Potential areas of improvement: To sum it up, they need more staff, we waited ~20minutes at the front desk with 2 other families waiting to be checked in. It was after 4pm and the rooms weren't ready. When the gentlemen finally came to the front desk, it turned out he was trying to help catch up on laundry <3. The dog fee online indicates $20 but they were asking for $70 at the desk upon checkin- this feels like a huge discrepancy considering I chose this venue due to what i had believed was a reasonable dog fee, likely wouldnt have booked if i knew it was $70"

"Hotel is currently under renovations which wasn’t noted on the web site. Hotel was noisy and unclean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful letting us out of our stay and working with Expedia staff to refund us. It’s a great location just not clean. Hopefully that’s because of the renovations happening. "

"Very clean,staff was very friendly,nice and helpful especially pricsilla in front desk who always helping me. Beach view was great just one problem we didn’t enjoy the balcony for 4 days that we stayed coz it smells marijuana and smoke from cigarettes we don’t smoke and we have a child too. We paid extra for balcony(beach view)that we didn’t enjoyed! But over all very good hotel i still gave 5 star! "
