"Overall, we had a good stay at Conchiglia Azzurra. The rooms are fairly modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained, making for a pretty comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One suggestion that would significantly improve the guest experience would be to include beach access amenities with the room. Offering each room one beach umbrella and two loungers for the duration of the stayโsimilar to what Le Dune providesโwould be a welcome addition. When youโre already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, itโs a bit disappointing to have to pay extra each day for an umbrella and loungers. Including these as part of the room rate would add great value and make the overall experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Conchiglia Azzurra, especially if this small improvement were considered."

"We live in Bari and decided to ride our bikes from the San Pietro train station about 5 miles from the hotel. Super easy ride to the hotel, they let us check in early so we could use the pool. It was 95 degrees. Room was older but we were happy with it. Nice fridge to keep our beverages and food cold. We had the comfort room and it was spacious enough for our bikes, which the staff said was ok to put in our rooms. Pool area was amazing. Great bar where we could get drinks that were fairly priced. We had lunch at don carmelo and we thought it was great and fairly priced as well. Overall we had a great stay and the staff were helpful."

"This is a beautiful property with lovely grounds and a wonderful pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Our rooms and bathrooms were large, clean, and very comfortable, and the included breakfast was excellent. Guests should be aware, however, that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi available elsewhere on the property is extremely limited. We did not feel this was clearly disclosed. For travelers from the United States who need to stay connected, this is important to understandโyou should plan to truly unplug during your stay. We also had dinner at the property. The meal was just okay and fairly expensive, so I would recommend confirming both the menu and the price in advance. There are two nearby towns with additional dining options. Overall, this would be a wonderful location for a planned group gathering or retreat. The property is peaceful and beautiful, the accommodations are spacious, and the people are terrific. Just come prepared to disconnect."

"We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puglia. We stayed in a spacious family room with two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for us. The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionalโfriendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Puglia. We easily visited Oria, Ostuni, Francavilla Fontana, Gallipoli, Nardรฒ, and several stunning beaches, within a short drive. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the accommodation and service to the breakfast and location. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday in Puglia."
