Residence Capitano Congedi

This Ugento residence provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 500+ Mbps (good for 6+ people or 10+ devices). LED televisions are featured in guestrooms. Housekeeping is offered on request and hypo-allergenic bedding can be requested. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in May 2020.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 80 per accommodation, per stay.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 100 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 220 per person (return)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: EUR 180 (return), (up to 2 years old)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Cleaning/housekeeping/linen fee: EUR 30 per day
• Towels fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
