"Such a comfortable hotel! Beds were great, tall ceilings to make the room feel more spacious, all the amenities you’d need. Great location near Ueno Park and Station with konbini a block away. Plus the onsen was amazing! Especially loved the open air bath overlooking the park. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again!"
