Easy to reach and mins walk to center. Bfst a bit simple but acceptable. Restaurant not open for dinner but ok to walk around into center where lots options available.... In general a pleasant stay and staff are friendly.

Nice, quiet, clean rooms in a convenient location with parking facilities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside is that the internet was terrible: very spotty and slow connection and we continuously had to relogin. At times, it was impossible to connect. That fact alone would make me reconsider staying there again.

Good for a night
Good overall and understand under COVID restrictions they the best they could. Checkin staff friendly....checkout we were left stunned by a surly woman. Need to work on the goodbyes....

Would choose it again
Very helpful and kind staff, clean rooms, and good value for money. While the building is clearly not very recent, it is functional and the rooms are spacious enough. The hotel very close to the city center, but the local area is not very appealing (large road just in front of the hotel). My room was very quiet though, with a charming view of the Alps. The only small disappointment was the limited breakfast selection, but overall I would choose again this hotel for my next trip to Udine.

Long weekend in Udine
Hotel is very nicely situated for a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast was European but adequate , coffee could have been better. Room average but very clean and serviced promptly, it did the job well. Overall worth the price and would teturn

Easy access, convenient
Very nice newer hotel with convenient parking, easy to find driving from auto strada, located just outside of old town, makes it practicle walking to old town for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Nice breakfast. Dinner also available in the hotel’s restaurant.

OK value for money. Parts of the lobby and restaurant gave a very good impression but the room was somewhat dated. Location acceptable, just at the edge of the inner city.

Udine Utopia
Upon check-in, we were given a mountain view room just in time for a colorful sunset. Room was clean and comfortable. Laura greeted us when we arrived with a smile and a welcoming professionalism. She helped me at check out with the petrol station next door, and went beyond all my expectations with her excellent service. Breakfast was more than ample. I will definitely stay here again one day.

Good hotel and facilities. The bathrooms were excellent as were the bed comfort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Reasonable hotel close to old City
This hotel is good value for what you get. Handy location and just two streets or 200m from old part of Udine. Handy as a hotel to park and stay at, then walk around where the action is. A great compromise if travelling by car, as I was. Over all pretty good but the rooms are dated and tired. Good value for the price you pay and would return there again.

This is my 10th or 11th time to stay at this hotel. Perfect location, 5min walk from center, big parking, big room, big bed, nice breakfast and very pleasant staff. If you go to Udine, search no more for the hotel, this is it.

Good for a 3 star hotel.
I had to find a last minute solution to spend the Christmas time with my family and the hotel was very comfortable and silent, the parking is for free and super comfortable and the staff really helpful.

Close to old city centre - very friendly staff
Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We arrived at the hotel rather late at night, at the exact same time as a bus full of tourist, but the lone man in the reception was able to spot that we were not part of the party that came in with the bus and therefore was able to check us in, so we didn't have to wait for 50 people to get their rooms first. Great service. And great recommendation of a nearby restaurant (El Vecchio Stallo, as I recall. in Via Viola).

Good straightforward hotel
A good clean hotel with comfy bed. Staff are quite business-like but quite helpful. Convenient location. Free wifi is handy although the connection is not brilliant and VPN is blocked.

Couldn't fault this hotel
All staff, but the reception staff in particular, were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a good position with beautiful views and the centre was easily walkable.

Prima volta che ho alloggiato presso l'hotel Friuli, diciamo che l'accoglienza della reception del tardo pomeriggio del 12 settembre, non è stata il massimo della cortesia e gentilizza...la signora che mi ha accolta, da quello che ho capito aveva molte cose da sbrigare, sono stata liquidata in pochi secondi, tra l'altro dandomi anche un informazione scorretta circa la colazione del giorno dopo. per quanto riguarda la pulizia, tutto molto pulito.

El hotel me parece muy agradable, lo no le doy 5 estrellas por 3 razones, la primera que no cuentan con plancha en las habitaciones, la segunda que la potencia del agua de la regadera es muy baja y la tercera porque el desayuno es demasiado basico.
