"The guest house is near the edge of a small village a few miles from the coast. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a sun lounge area. As mentioned in other reviews, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet gives the chance to try delicious home grown and cooked local produce and, if the weather is OK, you can eat outside. In the village is a nice cafe/bar, just a few steps walk away. Comillas is a 15 minute drive away."

"I arrived several hours early and the staff were extremely helpful. They told me they would try and get my room ready as soon as possible. I decided to go into town and explore a bit and they stored my luggage for me while I was gone. I got back and the room was ready. I had a ground floor room no A/C but there was a pretty powerful fan and windows that let in a nice cool breeze. The temperature averaged around 19 degrees and was very comfortable. It was a delightful place to rest and relax. I was there 4 days. I would definitely book again."

"Very peaceful sanctuary with incredibly attentive and helpful staff. The evening dinner while expensive was absolutely amazing! For us it was “WOW” food and plentiful. Actually the two of us could have shared one meal and walked away full! We ate breakfast there all 3 days and don’t regret it. Very convenient and fresh, locally sourced food."
