"The hotel is still in great condition after some 8 years ago when we first stayed here. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Love the location near downtown."

"Bathroom dirty. Pool dirty. Hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was not hot No warm cookies Nothing on there website looked like the pictures Motel 6 would be a better option "

"Parking was easy and available. Check in was not so good. The hotel has a sign and on their website that states check-in is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and they did not have a room for us nor could they even check us in. Three other customers were also told to wait for a room. They would not offer us a different room. We had to wait in the lobby until we reapproached the desk to check again on if a room was available. It was very inefficient and frustrating. "

"I requested to have by reservation be changed to one night ahead of the original date. To have done so my $130 a night room wash going to be penalized with $130 charge. I was not going to pay double for the room; therefore it set empty costing me $130. No I am not happy!"

"The hotel is a very nice facility that is well located. Great rooftop restaurant and bar and adjoining coffee shop. My only issue is that the model is unclear: it’s got a high-end look but attempts to have a hands-off, all online check-in experience. It’s unclear if the people on the lobby are empowered front desk staff or security personnel. "
