"It is in the worst part of town with drug and prostitutes in and out. There were drug dealing going on in the parking lot. I would never stay there and when I called Hotels.com they weren’t going to refund my money until I spoke to the woman at the front desk. I told hotels.com that it was pretty sad that they don’t inspect the hotels on their site and that this is not the first time i have had a problem. Very disappointed in this site and the hotel. "

"The neighborhood is homeless and thug infested. Loud talking and loud cars all night long! Laundry room is only amenity I saw but didn't use. Felt unsafe there. the rooms have old furniture and cheap towels that are rough on the skin. I had to request a small refrigerator and microwave that were in the pictures of the rooms but not in mine! Would never stay here again."

"Staff was excellent, called to make sure everything was okay with our room. Breakfast had several added touches such as freshly brewed coffee, cage-free eggs Etc. Room was clean and smelled fresh. We were well pleased with the accommodation. Pool was closed though so we weren't able to give a review on that."

"Clean room and property and the staff was nice enough, but not very helpful. I reserved a room with a king size bed and thought it had a roll a way or roll out sofa for 3 adults. However, when we went to check in, they had no extra beds/sofa for a 3rd adult. I asked if they could at least give us some extra bedding, and they gave us ONE blanket. Therefore, we had to go and buy an Air matress and bedding. The next morning we were taking advantage of the complementary breakfast, which was not one of your better ones, and my mom was not quite done when the attendant was cleaning and picking up, he took my mom's plate and threw it away without asking if she was done. So hold on to your plates!"
