"We stayed here for appointments at the consulate. It’s very close to the consulate and the hotel is close to many food options. Specific staff need training in customer service, but as a whole, the staff was pleasant. Relatively close with to the airport. Breakfast was good, not great. The room was a perfect size for a family of 4. I do recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting Juárez. "

"Lucerne used to be nicer, but it is showing its years. Also when we walked in room air was off, air didn’t work that well so thermostat read 31 degrees Celsius and it took all night to cool down. Second our next door neighbors stayed up all night partying and were loud. The front desk even called us at 1am to accuse us of smoking on the balcony, which again was the neighbors. Nice of them to offer free breakfast, but probably won’t stay here again. "
