"Breakfast included was delicious and a really nice perk! Hotel is close distance to alot of activities, including racing, CF Polo Park Mall, Cineplex and arcades. Staff were very accommodating a polite. Pool area was fun, clean and has a nice splash pad area for small children to enjoy. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. "Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. Whenever I encountered a problem, it was solved immediately. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast would be better with hash browns. The staff that run the breakfast make sure everything is running smoothly. If someone spills anything, it was immediately cleaned up. The tables were cleaned after each guest finished eating. The water machine was left on throughout the day to refill your bottles. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate...

"The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it...
