I absolutely would not recommend the spa. Both my friend and I left with sore backs after our massages and I even asked the masseuse to lighten up on the pressure. The room was spacious and clean, a little outdated and worn but for the one night we stayed the accommodations were very comfortable. Staff was so friendly and welcoming but clearly under trained and lack professionalism. At check out the bill was a disaster we were charged for two night when we only stayed one and we were charged for one one-hour massage when my massage was only 30 minutes and when checking out of the spa the receptionist ensured me I’d only be charge for a 30 minute massage.

We did a girls weekend at the JuJu Spa and to see a band at The Boat. The staff was super nice, the hotel is beautiful inside and the property has great views of the lake. We had amazing facials at the spa and the location was convenient for us to get to our planned nightlife. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nothing is what it appears when you booked it on website… they advertise a hot tub and fire place .. there was only a fire place..we waited for an hour to check in and then we had to swapped out Rooms because it was dirty .. not a good start..

The pool And hot tub was very relaxing and the atmosphere in the resort was quiet and welcoming. The resort has a restaurant inside which was very convenient.
