"Clean and easy check in"

"I came in late after my brother broke his spine in Streetman, Texas and the manager allowed me to check in at 2am without any problems and was extremely helpful and very polite and accommodating towards my situation. Luckily my brother just needed a back brace for 4 weeks. Upon checking out, the new individual was just as concerned and helpful and kind. They explained how to get back to the hospital for me upon checkout AND they called me to let me know I forgot my cold pack in the freezer for my back (that pack cost me a lot of money). I felt safe there, the room was clean, the AC was perfect for me and I was able to park right outside my door. I highly recommend this especially if you find yourself in an unfamiliar town and situation like I did."

It was so bad that I didn't even bother taking a shower. The bathtub had a dirt ring around it, and I couldn't tell if it was just stained or hadn't been cleaned."

"The room was a handicap room which we didn't request. When we checked in we asked for the hours of the pool and was told there wasn't one. Later we discovered the area where the pool and hot tub were was cemented over The breakfast was usually cold. The lady working there did not restock very often. Housekeeping was good "
