"Nice staff, good sized room. The view of Bangor is spoilt by the piles of rubbish at the back of the hotel and I had an issue with the cold tap producing hot water which I didn't realise til I took a big sip :/"

"Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was clean and fresh. Would have liked more general โhousekeeping โ information, such as breakfast serving times, Travelling with a dog it would be nice to be made aware of what areas in the property were dog friendly . A bit more local information on places to eat or access food would also be helpful. On the whole though a nice welcoming environment for solo traveller with a dog would stay again ."

"we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again some day The staff were awesome , food was excellent . Just a little fine tuning in the decorating department but that will come in time i guess and will not put us off as overall it was great !!!!!"
