"Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level. The only thing is that when they cleaned the room they didn't change the sheets, just fixed them. Honestly and truly one of the best hotels I've been to. "

"Fabulous. Staff — kind, generous, helpful Food — delicious Location — terrific. No problem getting around. Cleanliness — no problems. No bed bugs. No stains. No dirt. Very comfy and cozy. Overall the experience was positive. I will stay here again upon a future return to Batumi."

"Perfect location in the city center, friendly staff, everything looks just like in the photos. Great value for money. It was a bit noisy, but that’s expected in the center — we came to enjoy the city, so it was fine! "

"Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."

"Great hotel. Great location. Amazing room (family suite). Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino. Other than that it was great! Loved the pools, loved the room, loved the view. Highly recommended "
