"Very helpful, nice attentive staff "

"The room was clean and spacious. We were on the main floor of their second building so we had access to a little patio area off our room. It would have been too hot during the day, but the evenings in Osoyoos stay warm in September and we ate our dinner out there and it was lovely. Location is just over a kilometer from downtown, so easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was more basic than other hotels on our trip. No eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns, mainly continental with the addition of a pancake machine. Unlike most places it worked, but there was only one and it was set to make a single small pancake. We were very early so it was no problem, but later on I'm sure it would have been a very long wait to get near it. Phil at the front desk was personable and helpful. Nice to encounter someone with a personality."

"Great views of the lake and excellent amenities, including pool with water slide and hot tub, private beach, kayaks and breakfast. The family suite had a full kitchen and was a great base for exploring the area."

"This was our second stay at Sandy Beach. The renovations of the suites are very nice. Being right on the beach is wonderful. Ceiling fans in each room are nice. The upper suites share a balcony with no dividers which doesn’t make for any privacy. Pros: access to lounge chairs, kayaks, paddle boards Con: they do not offer a full size coffee maker, no roasting pan or cookie sheet that can be used in the oven, the shampoo/bodywash bottles are too small and the shower head doesn’t work properly or doesn’t have enough water pressure."

"The property was clean and well kept. Very well stocked with all the accessories needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bathroom wash basin was too small and the tap was too big for it, due to which it was little difficult to wash , without splashing water all around."
