"Excellent staff service. The property is as described, with quiet and relaxing atmosphere.The food at the restaurant was nice. Our flight was early and the restaurant staff prepared takeout breakfast sandwiches for us. My only negative comment is the Resort’s incorrect phone information that appears in Expedia Canada website. I had trouble contacting the Resort because of.the phone mixup. "A little gem in Coron! The staff was wonderful and the facilities were amazing. Great restaurants on sight including excellent Mexican food. The roof top bar provides gorgeous views of the bay and surrounding dense trees. Really great mixology and happy hour deals. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Great property and amenities. I had issues with my safe not working and a constant beeping in my room and both issues were resolved promptly. I had water damage on my cell phone and they gave me a big box of rice for my phone after I told them what happened, no charge. The hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure were all fantastic. "Loved the hotel and grounds and pier/dock overlooking the water. Welcome beverage and nightly cookies were a sweet unexpected treat. Close to town w/ little moped-taxi's that were always available. Pool was great, and we did tapas daily by the pool. Would stay again."

"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."

"Cama e lençóis confortáveis, chuveiro bom e ar condicionado potente. O Wi-fi também era bom. Gostamos de algumas comodidades como as toalhas de praia, o transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto (pagamento a parte) e o bar da piscina. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo mas ao mesmo tempo silenciosa para um bom descanso."
