"Price was good and staff was great. I requested a crib. It was not a crib, but a small playpen. The first one was broken and they quickly replaced it, but the second one was dirty. Thankfully I had my own travel playpen in the car. There is a big difference between a crib and a playpen and this should be clarified to the consumer. Anything for a baby should be cleaned after use. There was stains on the towels and the facility wasn't the cleanest. The staf did try to accommodate and make us comfortable though."

When mentioned to front clerk was told there were three new cleaning staff that he would speak to. Reassured we would get 10% off on our next stay there will definitely another!"
