"Super old room. We paid about 1k for our one evening stay. The lake view we got had trees blocking it. They provided nice quality toiletries. Hot tub and sauna is pretty over crowded. NOTE: the staff did not pay too much attention to the luggage storage room. While most places (especially at this price tag) would offer a locked up room with room number tags to store your luggage - they simply moved our luggage in and didn’t even ask for our room number until we requested for a tag. When we were ready to pick up our items, they didn’t check our identity or anything , and asked us to help ourselves to our luggage. While this system works in a society of trust, it could mean an easy theft opportunity for certain individuals."

"The inn was in a great location be, not too far from Lake Louise. It was well maintained, quiet, and it was nice having different dining options in the property. I would definitely recommend!"

"A purely peaceful stay with a wonderful atmosphere. Close to nice places to eat and things to do. The facility was perfect for singles/couples and a wonderful chefs breakfast was a great start to the day. The only drawback was the mosquitoes made being outside impossible, bit hardly the hosts fault. Beautiful setting and a real get away."

"The Post was amazing!! We had the family suite and it was amazing with great views. The best part though is the staff, everyone was so nice and helpful! Our tweens even wanted something for a snack and the front desk sent a microwave to the room for them!! The restaurant was amazing as well and the comp shuttle to lake Louise was so helpful!"

"The room was very tidy and well organized. Wish there were more instructions about where amenities were (ice, sauna, etc.) Pool was closed for renovations. Overall, a classic motel feel where they do a good job of keeping things up to date or moving in the right direction."
