"Breakfast was ok sandwiches picked up each morning in a box. The room was large and the beds very comfortable, the washing machine was a big plus and it was easy to dry clothes on the small veranda. The bath was bigger than some others we have had in Japan and the bathroom was very well laid out. The separate toilet also made a lot of sense.It's in a superb position with the main station only a few minutes walk away, and a tram station even closer. Perfect for our visit and very good value for money."

"ほぼ完璧です。ロケーションは駅から出てすぐだし、お部屋は広々していて必要なものは揃っています。2人分のスーツケースが余裕で置けるスペースがあるし、タオルは大判のしっかりしたもの｡シャンプー類はクラブツリー＆イヴリン｡洗面台も大きくて物でごちゃごちゃしません。浴室トイレ洗面台はパーティションで開閉出来るのでプライバシーもバッチリ｡ベッドの寝心地も文句なし｡リクエストがない限り毎日清掃してくれます｡ドアを開けた瞬間、わあ〜と声が出る素敵な部屋です。スタッフの対応も良いです。氷が欲しかったので、どこの階にあるのか電話で訊いたら、部屋まで届けてくれました(2回も！)。惜しむらくはコインランドリーがないので連泊だと不便かなというぐらい｡快適な滞在でした。"

"Loved this hotel in Nagasaki! Location is great—can easily reach this hotel from the airport- the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from the train station. The tram stop is also right outside the hotel. Our room was large for Japan, the staff were wonderful, and the public onsen, with sauna and soaking tubs, was modern and sparkling clean. Loved the view from the 10th floor. Quiet and safe. We had a lovely meal at the small Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor. Will stay here again. Highly recommend! "
