"Clean room. Nice staff. Shower head was loose but they fixed it as soon as they could. Good location. Close to shops, grocery and short walk to beach."

"Beautiful two bedroom apartment very close to the shops and beach. Only unfortunate part of our stay was the after hours check-in process. No-one answered the phone number so we were left outside unable to enter. It wasn’t until a resident came by later who could let us in and then we could access "

"This is our go to stay on the way down south. The staff are always friendly, easy after hours check in, rooms are always clean and they accept our dogs. "

"Clean room, and staff were good although very little interaction with them. Bed was comfortable and aircon quiet and effective. TV was a not user friendly and quite small. Overall our stay was pleasant enough."

"It was only for one night, so it was a nice stay. Staff at reception were great. Only isssue I had, is the two beds rolled together. Especially as this time one mattress was higher than the other."

"The cabin was very well set up & clean. Close to everything you need for a long stay or just overnight. The office staff was excellent & very helpful. They had a well stocked convenient food or snack outlet in the lobby of the office. The only thing I could fault is the lack of wi fi connection in the park, admittedly it was available but only next to the office in the recreation room. Overall a great place to stay."

"Room was filthy, mouldy, smelt bad, carpet had not been vacuumed, floors and balcony had a thick slimy residue, hair in the bedsheets, dirty spa, even the hairdryer had scum around the handle. I requested a birthday note in the room for my husband and kid and they couldn’t even do that. Other nearby hotels go above and beyond. The pool and location were the only nice things about this resort. We have stayed here 7 years ago and it was nice then. The whole resort is old and out dated. Very disappointing "
