"This property has so much potential. It needs a lot of upkeep and updating. The linens are stained and dingy. The bedspreads are in need of replacing or at the least a good washing. The rugs in the bathrooms are old and dirty and I’m sure are not washed or changed between guests. The people running the bnb are not the most friendly. The outside areas did have nice flowers and a nice patio to sit and relax. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this bnb. It was a disappointment."

"Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. "
