"We have a wonderful time in Bergen and our stay in this hotel was excellent. I was thrilled with our room which was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location, it was near the shopping area, local transport and the waterfront. One of the highlights had to be the breakfasts. "The staff were friendly, but the room was odd — there was no curtain or divider for the shower so everything in the bathroom got wet, there were not nearly enough shelves or places to hang towels, not enough outlets near the bed, and the decor was a bit off putting. The breakfast was good."

"The front manager was irresponsible at all about my room lack of kettle, cup, chair, table and refrigerator. Similar room was with everything. She refused to do anything, and tried to stop the service manger to offer me kettle and cups. But service manger was good, she did offer me kettle and cups. This hotel was mismanaged and front manger was Irresponsible and unfriendly."

"It is supposed to be a quiet environment. My room was facing a centre court void where downstairs was a restaurant storage. One morn at 5am, was awaken by moving trolley like moving something in out. Other ngt was hearing many happy moments laughter beer time and light music till late ngt. Otherwise, everytg is perfect."
