Very disappointed restaurant was mediocre at best especially considering the high prices staff not accommodating at all spent my birthday here not even a happy birthday beach towels were all stained .. beautiful property I could do without the elevator music at the pool will not be returning"

The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. "Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times."

"Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience."

We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10. "The only negative was no elevator. We had heavy luggage to carry up/down stairs. The room was very nice with lots of amenities. Staff was very helpful. It was easy to walk around & staff recommended driver for longer distances."

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."
