"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"Overall, it was nice. I felt safe there and the hotel area was very pretty. Staff was awesome, super kind and went above and beyond. The rooms had an oven, microwave, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and laundry washer and dryer in unit. Two pools and hot tub which were very clean and quiet. Cons: the bed was uncomfortable. "Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place! Food was amazing, two places to eat at , the bar and the dunes restaurant. At the bar you could get their food and the dunes menu. Only dunes menu at dunes restaurant. Was surprised to learn we had free ocean front dining at no additional charge. "Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma....

Great Caribbean getaway

"Every single employee was friendly. I’ve never been to a place where the entire staff smiled throughout our stay. It is an incredibly well managed property. Everything is always in its place and all day-to-day activities are well coordinated. The resort restaurants were outstanding. The daily breakfast was outstanding (e.g., fresh squeezed OJ, omelette station). The beach is everything you dream about in the Caribbean. The pool area was inviting and calm. Off-site activities were well managed. Very upscale experience delivered in a low-key and friendly style."

"Our stay at Zenza was dreamy. The hotel is away from the bustle of the strip of resorts, but it is only a short walk to a magnificent stretch of beach. Turtle Cove is a lovely little area and there are several good restaurants there, so you never have to stray from the hotel if you're fine with just soaking in the splendor of the immediate area. For a romantic getaway, it was perfect."
