"The staff was very helpful, even before I arrived they helped arrange taxi service from the airport. They carried my luggage up the steps to my room. The breakfast is traditional but also includes eggs and is plenty. It is in a great location and very clean. I would stay here again."

We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the...

"From check in to check out everything was smooth, personally i would say it is a luxury five star resort however it was a pleasant stay for us and we will be back. We booked an extra day with city view and they allowed us to stay in our sea view room. Mini bar only has water, maybe they can consider adding soft drinks but not an issue as soft drinks are available in the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and overall a very nice holiday"

I loved it
The staff so good and polite from the reception to the dinning area and all around the resort
The food was so good and fresh and different variety everyday
Also the have a burger and pizza place which is opened during the day
The pool was so clean and the deck chairs excellent condition
My room was cleaned daily
I had all inclusive
They let me use all the facilities after check out aswell as my flight was later on in the evening
I would recommend this
And I would definatley book again
