"Excellent staff. But there was left over food in our refrigerator from the last guests and our safe wasn’t unlocked despite me asking the front desk to have it unlocked. But we did enjoy our stay and will consider it again. "

"The staff was terrific. My wife and I were there so our Frenchie could have back surgery at MedVet. We had two of our other Frenchies with us that stayed at the Hyatt. And they were nothing more than excellent in accommodating us. While we were going through a stressful time, they made us feel better. We look forward to going back there and actually relaxing."
