I had a reservation made 2 reservation I room with 1 queen bed and 1 room with a king bed with a balcony for the room with the balcony and I even paid more for this room and I didn’t get to room with a balcony when I told the lady at the front desk she told me there was no more room with balcony available but I told that I had paid for that room and had a reservation she told me that was not her problem that she couldn’t do anything about that. So I’m requesting a refund on that room price that I paid for and didn’t get . Also the hotel lobby is very very noisy the staff talking all night u can hear EVERYTHING in your room that door bell ringing what’s to drive u crazy . It was a horrible stay I don’t sleep at with all the noise. I told to hotel staff about the noise level they didn’t care the person just brushed me off with what I was saying. Terrible terrible stay .

No pudimos viajar por el paro en boyaca en agosto 2025, el hotel no me brindó otra alternativa que pagar en 40% adicional al que ya había pagado por anticipado para usar las reservas. Son unos tramposos!

La estadía estuvo en general muy bien, muy cómoda la habitación, bastante espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. Se debe tener presente que no tiene parqueadero, aunque se puede estacionar afuera.

Nuestra estadía fue bastante cómoda, el personal muy atento y colaborador siempre. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy rico. Solo tuvimos un contratiempo con la entrega de una habitación porque se demoro un poco dado a un tema interno debido a la lluvia excesiva. Otro comentario que no tiene q ver con el hotel es que aunque la plataforma dice que ya los impuestos están cubiertos, en las políticas hay una parte que dice que durante el checkin pueden haber cobros de impuestos, deberían ser más claros con la información

Estadia General

En general estuvo bien la estadia, algunos puntos a mejorar el ingreso al parqueadero, no esta en las mejores condiciones y se golpean los carros especialmente si son bajos al igual que el aseo del mismo (falta mantenimiento) el apartamento amplio y comodo, unos temas menores de mantenimiento aceite para las bisagras, y seria bueno insonorizar las ventanas del cuarto principal . Las personas del hotel muy amables y receptivas a las solicitudes.

En general, una buena experiencia...

El hotel está ubicado a 5-6 calles de la plaza central de la localidad... algo caminable sin problemas cuando el poblado está tan lleno como para Año Nuevo. Tomé una habitación con ventana y balcón hacia el frente del hotel y considero que eso ayudó a que la estadía fuera bastante confortable... esa sería mi recomendación para los futuros visitantes. A pesar que la ventana da a la calle principal de acceso, por la noche no hay mayor movimiento. En general, la experiencia fue buena, salvo pequeños temas de mantenimiento y amenidades (como la falta de tomacorrientes en la habitación), pero es algo comprensible en hoteles en localidades pequeña.
