Pésimo

Según la administración del hotel, no existe ningún convenio entre ellos y la plataforma hotels.com, por tal motivo cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reserva hecha. Solicitó confirmar por parte de ustedes esta situación, ya que ellos no me dieron ninguna solución.
