"Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our...

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"Poorer than Motel 6 in Cebu, 1- Their kitchen was not equipped with the basic supplies, no coffee maker., no toaster , no small knife ( it was just one big butcher type knife), no salt, no sugar, no dish detergent, kitchen smelled bad, ( Strong Curry) that we had to buy air freshener ourselves. No laundry in facility . 2- safe was not functioning, we switched the room, no safe there , maybe someone took previous one, !!! "This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...
