"Overall, it was a great stay. We were on a Main Street across from the cathedral with access to everything we needed. However, despite being on a busy street, things calmed down at night, so there was no disruption while we slept. The property managers were very responsive and kind. They were there to assist us with any questions or accommodations needed in a timely manner. We would come there again if we were back in Seville."

"We had the best stay, the room was absolutely perfect and so clean. The staff were all so very friendly and attentive. When we arrived we had just been saturated by the heavy rainfall. Luckily our room was ready and we were able to dry off and explore! The breakfast was a three course meal it was amazing!! Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. "From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
