The location couldn’t be better; a short walk to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar , a short walk to the Plaza de España, in fact, every place we wanted to go to was walking distance. "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"It did take a little while to get a reply to original communication via Expedia after booking - ie 24 hrs or so, however when we arrived we had a fabulous stay. Lovely building with a boutique feeling, wonderful helpful friendly staff, incredible breakfast - the best I’ve experienced anywhere abroad. Did I mention the breakfast?! "The hotel is in the excellent location. It’s best for the 1st time visiting Seville. Walkable to all the major attractions. It’s basically next to Setas De Seville.
