Nice, clean, quiet and comfy hotel. Very close to pyramides of Tulum. I really love staying in this hotel with my children. Ruff area is the best. Nice view.

Zen outside Tulum
Perfection. Outside the city and close as you can get to the Tulum ruins. Town is crazy, beach is covered in seaweed. If you want peace, stay here. Ojos restaurant right outside, best food in Mexico.

Elevador no funcionaba en el tiempo que yo me ospede la puerta tenia un agujero y se activo la alarma de la abitacion la tubieron q remober y uvo un apagon de electricidad les pedi amablemente si podian regalarme una bolsa d basura para mi ropa mojada y me dijeron q no

The good: It is newer construction,clean and cold A/C. The price was a affordable. The Bad: no fridge, microwave or iron. It you try to drive into the front of the building the driveway is not finished. Luckily we saw the drop off and stopped before we damaged the undercarriage of the car.

Great Hotel . Highly recomended
Very modern hotel for a relaxing stay. Great view of tulum ruin and surrounding jungle from the rooftop and the balcony in the room was an added bonus. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable I did not want to leave the room thanks in part to the smart TV provided and the great wi-fi. Good places to eat and get drinks right next door. Not in downtown or hotel zone but close enough to the entrance of the archeological site and beaches if thats where you want to be also at a reasonalble price. Two thumbs up.

El todo incluido esta muy mal, el servicio empieza a las 8 de la mañana y termina antes de las 10 de la noche, lo pague y x los tours que tuve no pude ni desayunar, la persona de la recepción se le preguntaron opciones para cenar sin saber dar respuesta.
