Dear Nicholas Thank you very much for leting us know about your experience in your recent visit however it is necessary to clarify some things about your comments. It is true that seaweed affects us as many other hotels arround the area however a third party enterprise with municipality support help us daily to collect the seaweed that so far affects us during the mornings then, beach area is complety clean and able to swim, in addition it is very important to clarify that our restaurant does not open only 3 hours a day, our service schedules is available from 7.30 am till 10:30 pm daily in different hotel spots such as our resetaurant Maya, our Akna Beach Club and our Mezcal Bar. We hope you can give us the chance to attend you again in a future stay. Cordially

There is only one thing which is out of our control and it is the seaweed since we clean it up in the beach shore, the rest of the seaweed is out of our control, in addition water is also the regular water we all use in Tulum city. Anyways, we hope you can visit us again for a future stay.

Dear TaylorThank you very much for your feedback adn definately there is somethings to calrify, our hotel is one of the first properties that existed in Tulum but it was complety renovated in 2021 and beds, A/C, minibar, smart Tv, plunge pool and much more and new amenities and facilities were added to our rooms and common areas so from that renovation electricity shotdowns are programed often in order to work now in our electricty maintenance but from August 2023 will not be any blackouts power and definately prices will be higher. In addition it is important to let you know that even with this issues we definataly are the best venue in tulum for weddings, you can visit our official site to look for our gallery and see our most recent weddings and events. So we hope you can visit us again and realized about all improves we made.

Dear Aurora Thank you very much for your comments but definately in both of your issues are not in our control since seaweed cleaning is made daily from our staff but due to the volume we received it is very dificult to removed it. About insects as you can realized, our property and rooms are full of vegetation, we're located between the jungle and the beach so we cannont hide or pretend to hide insects and local fauna since our property is complete respectful of the enviroment and take care of it, we fumigate inside the rooms. We regret that you will not recommend our hotel but we hope people can realized by their own about our services since most of our comments are positive.
