The room we were given was half the size of the room we thought we were getting. Didn’t have a window like in the photos, and a tiny bathroom compared to the large one we booked. We talked to front desk and they said it was the right room? We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were told multiple times a refund wouldn’t be a problem but...
