"Der Online-check in verlief ohne Probleme. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch wenn wir mehrfach nachfragen mussten, so haben wir letztendlich doch alles bekommen (Ventilator und Wasserkocher) die Zimmer sind sauber und bequem...alles da was man benötigt. Schade nur, dass der Snack Automat im Foyer die ganze Woche lang außer Betrieb war. Ansonsten alles top, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"I was travelling with a fried and enjoyed our stay at Limehome in Vienna. We were steps away from a street with lots of restaurants and grocery stores, as well as the subway and central train station. The apartment was very clean. We had some interactions with customer service, which were very prompt and helpful. Overall, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and location of the apartment. I would stay at these properties again. "

"I love it all. The building itself look like you are in your own appartment, in less than 5 min you have a supermarket and also the tren station (direct tren to the center in less than 13 min ). The area is safe and quiet.....I fully recommend it"

"The location was really good. A Spar grocery store was just down the street. A major shopping street (Mariahilfer str) was only a block away. Easy bus and subway access. I didn't care for the fact that most of the communication was through AI. I had a few issues with my phone and would have liked other options of getting in touch with reception . An intercom for example. Otherwise it was great. Room was very spacious. "

"Had everything I needed. No staff on site was fine for this trip. Comfortable bedding. Complete control of the climate control was very important to have. Shower fixture could be better. Close to the west train station but on a busy road. Good sound proofing prevented it from disrupting my stay."

"Es un lugar tranquilo, no es tan decoroso pero te permite una estancia corta. No me gustó que me cambiaran de número de apartamento o más bien que cambiaran los códigos de acceso sin previo aviso porque ese día me quedé afuera y hacía mucho frío. Y por último la cama es muy incómoda. Pero en general bien. "

"This was the third time I stayed at Rafael Kaiser. I really enjoy the location as much as the apartments, which are spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped and have a great roof-top balcony. Laundry room and gym are also provided. Many restaurants are in the neighborhood, subway and buses in front of the building."
