Tulare Budget Hotels from RM240

"This by far the worst stay we have. I expected to enjoy the property because I love the fact that it has a river access at the backyard area. But unfortunately they did not even cut the grass and the totoo much trash. Under the patio deck has trash bags full of trash. Inside the house, the air conditioner is full of cobwebs. The floor has animal hairs too. There’s also questionable stain on the carpet floor in the loft. They promised to cut the grass on our second day but they didn’t do it. Never again will we rent this property. Yuck!!!"

"The beds were not comfortable, the showers were either freezing or scalding. Traffic noise was hard early in the morning. It was close to Sequoia which was nice."

"The property was beautiful. Lush and green, there were even swings which I love in the playground! It is definitely pet friendly and the pet fee is very reasonable. We parked right outside of our little cottage and then took a walk down to the river, not far from the property. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was great we ordered breakfast in and surprisingly it was a full breakfast delivered which was still hot and juice cold. The only little issue was that we noticed was the shower head it had a drip which happened the last night so when we checked out receptionist noted. But other than that we definitively would be staying again"

"Room was not super clean. The floors seemed dirty. There was water damage in the bathroom. The bathroom lights would turn on by themselves in the middle of the night. Also a lot of homeless people hanging around the property."

"Breakfast was fresh every morning,and I had some many shopping choices near by , truly the best sleep I've had in a long time thank you to to staff best ever"

"The breakfast was minimal, but worked. There were a bunch of holes in the walls and the hallway walls were VERY dirty and run down. I am not a snoody hotel person, but I would not stay there again."
