second time we've been.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Second time we've been over the last two years, and we'd come again next summer if passing through. Accommodating and friendly staff - English spoken. Air conditioning worked a treat, bathroom facilities excellent too. Clean and tidy. Car SatNav couldnt find the hotel - we ended up driving through some very tight medieval back streets. Solved this by Google maps on my phone - I navigated to a shop on the corner of the carpark street instead.

I was told they had problem collecting my payment from Hotels.com, which is odd considering all my other bookings were fine. Had to spend a few minutes over the phone giving out credit card details, which wasn't ideal. I was allocated a room looking into the courtyard directly across from the breakfast area, which wasn't ideal.

Lage top, Parkgarage nicht einfach zu erreichen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut, hat sich nach 2 Stunden abgeschaltet und das bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur. Zimmersafe war nicht zu benutzen. Selbst nach Meldung des Mangels wurde nicht reagiert. Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl, keine Eierspeisen angeboten.

hôtel dans une zone piétonne donc au calme; facile de sa garer à moins de 300m, mais l'hôtel a également un parking. chambre confortable. bon petit déjeuner avec un vrai jus d'orange

Nous recommandons

Hôtel qui a récemment rénové ses chambres qui sont suffisamment grande pour 2 personnes. Seul point négatif pour ma part c'est l'isolation phonique de l'extérieur qui n'est pas suffisante, on entends toute la rue mais cela se calme dans la nuit.
