"Ramiro was amazing and all the other staff members were so helpful and attentive! My husband and I stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and it was very romantic. The staff know you by name and when we arrived immediately came up to our vehicle to greet us with umbrellas and escorted us to dinner. Our travels were delayed getting there, so Ramiro sent us the dinner menu and had our food being prepared as we arrived. It was truly magical! The natural pool, sauna, and walking trails felt like you were alone in the jungle. The room was gorgeous as well. Such an incredible stay!"

"Upon arrival the staff greeted us with a very pleasant attitude and smile. They were great the entire stay. We went on an early morning tour to see the Resplendent Quetzal. Our tour guide was the best. He is very experienced and knows everything about the Quetzal. He has been working at Trogon for 15 years. The food was amazing and the scenery was top notch!!! We loved our time there."
