Hotel murah di Taman Gunung Tucson

"When I checked in I was greeted by Elijah who was very welcoming. As a matter of fact, all of the staff I interacted with were each very accommodating which contributed to a smooth and easy stay. I was checked in promptly - the room was clean, the a/c blasted and the suite itself had enough space to move and relax freely. Also, the gym is very well equipped and even more so than other hotels in the same tier."

"Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Bathroom in our room needs an upgrade. Window pain in our room was cracked. Breakfast offerings were minimal."

"The staff were uninterested, the room required me to buy my own cleaners because it was so gross (especially the bathroom). Breakfast needs improvement. I love the auto response after a review is submitted. Instead of responding we are sorry your stay was less than acceptable we will work to improve our Hotel."

"I don't know if all the rooms have the same bathroom but the water leaked out of the handicap shower. It was all over the floor. Also I would recommend installing a towel rack or hook along the sink for guests to hang small towels to dry."

"I stay at Hilton resorts and hotels all the time, and this one is rated the worst of all of them. There was no coffee when we arrived, the air and heat unit was so loud, and our handheld shower unit flew off the wall and sprayed water everywhere. When we told the front desk the girl looked at us only and said oh okay I will tell someone. That was not the response I was expecting. We had to leave early to catch a flight and we're unable to shower since the shower could not be replaced in time,...

"The door was unable to lock they did not let us get another roll of toilet paper because we were supposed to check out that day . They never once came to check if we needed services to clean our room. The shower head was not on it was set to the side the shower curtain wax hanging off a paper clip the amount for the room is not worth what u get "
