This is obviously an older property and they’ve done some renovations. It kind of has that 60s glam throwback flavor, but the rooms were large, clean and quiet. We only spent one night but it was certainly worth it and I would go back.

Nice location with many nearby restaurants. The facility looks nice from the outside and maintained clean. Staff are friendly and they provide a nice breakfast too. But the beds are rickety, the light switches are wobbly and do not turn on/off easily and there are literally no points for charging phones or other devices near the bed or in the room.

Furnishings and linens were very old. Walls and baseboards were scarred in several places. Room had a bleach smell (from cleaning I'm sure) the two nights we stayed there.

Stayed two nights mid-week. No dining options on property except for breakfast. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Property had kind of a "tired" look and could use a refreshing. Suites were comfortable and offered quiet and privacy.

Like the overview of tbe property. But the rooms need to update furniture. Carpets in the hallways are dirty. Over all I like the staying there, employees are accommodating and cordial. Breakfast is very good, but menu should be changed for those of us staying 3-4 days, like adding pancakes/french toast.

After spending two weeks in Arizona we began to wonder if we would ever find a hotel that was clean until we stayed here. The room was very nice with a separate sitting area off of the bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. These things should be a given but believe me they are not the norm. We will stay here again

Definitely a lot of wear and tear. One of my rooms smelled like bleach the other room that I got for my parents smelled like someone had been staining in the room- carpets definitely showing wear and we are in remodeled rooms. Like the office / tv area separate from the sleeping area. You can tell the building is old and needs more updates but the staff have been lovely and everything is pretty clean.

I liked having a living room seperate from bedroom. Did not have enough electrical outlets. Furnishings, wallpaper were outdated. Carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty, and also outdated. Location was convenient for our hospital appointments. Our room was handicapped and much appreciated but smelled of smoke and floors were not sweeped and were stickie from not being mopped. They have lament flooring. I'd rate it 4 out of 5.

Property was run down and not clean. Very uncomfortable stay as the room needed a deep cleaning. We wouldn't stay again.

the furniture had been used carelessly and it showed. the walls in the bathroom had toothpaste on the walls next to the door on either side of the door and something unrecognizeable stuck on the door itself. back side area had no lighting at night and a homeless guy set up there. security for get in bldg and out was good.

At one time this Ramada must have been spectacular in its time. Now it’s old which is ok but the place has a uncleanliness feel and look to it. Too bad because it’s a cool motel just needs to be deep cleaned, new carpet and walls painted.

Safe and overall quite comfortable, if you overlooked it being grubby; hall carpets much in need of cleaning, and my room was only serviced twice in a 9-night stay. The breakfast restaurant uses non-recyclable plastic dinnerware and cutlery - appalling! Room not warm enough (Feb) with air-con on highest heat and had to get a 2nd quilt. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Not that close to downtown, but a frequent bus right outside.

It was okay. The breakfast was decent. It was irritating not having a TV working in the bedroom for the majority of our stay. The temperature was a bit difficult to regulate and we had issues with our keys. Otherwise, it was alright.

Property was nice, location was good for us,rooms were big lots of space,pet friendly,biggest draw back is it's an older facility and there was a lot of things that needed attention, refrigerator didn't work well, living room t.v had very limited channels, things wére just wearing out
